Funding Request

We request funding for the following research.  The initial period will be 10 years. This funding should come from private, state and federal sources.  We want to start our work on January 1^st 2018. We are a 5013c organization.

The amount of we need will allow us to get an office and staff. Hire the researchers and pay travel expenses. We will have a budget of $8 million a year.

First year startup: Goals

Get an office and hire office staff
Hire PH.D. for each project
Hire project helpers. Target AA graduates with math, chemistry and physics classes.

1. Water vapor evaporation rates from oceans.  Based on salinity and temperature.

We will need to contract with a University to get samples using their research vessel.
Testing for 1 year and then testing, date collection and reports. We will need one PH. D. and 1 data collection assistant. Also contract to evaluate 25 previous ocean evaporation papers to see which one is most correct and easily programmable for weather.gov interface.

2. Diffusion of Carbon Dioxide at various altitudes in the atmosphere.  This will produce a diffusion gradient.

We will need to contract with NASA or a private company to collect these samples on their flights.        Testing for 1 year and then testing, date collection and reports. We will need one PH. D. and 1 data collection assistant.

3. The devastation of the Amazon Rain Forest does correlate to the increase in Carbon Dioxide since 1950.

Hire a PH. D. who knows about trees and plan to determine the CO2 salvaging loss from the rain forest destruction.
