As you may know the United Nations “climate crisis” propaganda is based on false temperature readings and inaccurate measures of sea level rise.  Nothing of what the UN says has ever happened or will happen.  Nonetheless, this propaganda is accepted by millions around the world and if nothing is done will create dramatic increases in your fuel and energy costs in the very near future.  It takes 150 years of emissions reduction to have any effect on atmospheric Carbon Dioxide because of gas resident time, compared to just a few years of photosynthesis by planting native trees and shrubs.

That’s why our 3-man volunteer legal team (including a retired federal attorney) is launching strategic lawsuits to block this frivolous “woke” lawfare.   These cases would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars if launched by a law firm.  But we have developed a relationship with conservative clerks at the U.S. Supreme Court to remand these frivolous cases back to the 9th Circuit Courts on our behalf.  Because we are self-represented, volunteer, pro se, this does not require a hearing of all nine justices at the Supreme Court level.

Multnomah County Oregon. Defendants filed a frivolous complaint which is a violation against 18) conflict of interest by Defendants using their own court for their complaint. Fossil Fuel Companies for $50 billion based on untruthful statements of the Media, UN and IPCC. Recently Defendants enjoined Portland General Electric (PGE) and Northwest Natural Gas (NNG) to the complaint as co-defendants. Fossil fuel companies wont defend themselves because of lying media bias. When the defendants prevail, gas prices will rise overnight to $10 a gallon. PGE and NNG will ask for a 400% increase to the crooked Oregon PUC and receive approval. This severe damage to the regions economy is the claim staked by class action members and plaintiffs.
